Are you new to canine fitness and not sure where to start? If so, this is the workshop for you. Shape Up or Ship Out, is a level one workshop. Meaning there is no prior fitness experience is required. In this workshop, we will start with strong foundations and that’s exactly what this workshop will give you. I will break down the behaviors needed and explain how to build them into the skills necessary to develop a fitness plan.
This is a 10 day workshop. Lecture will post on Sunday August 6th and homework for working spots will be due on August 13th. There are limited working sports, however auditors are encouraged to ask questions.
