Class Schedule

Introduction to Agility – Puppy – Contact me for next start date.

Course Description: This is a small group class, all puppies will be under 12 months of age. FUN is the center of focus during this course, building confidence and your training bond while strengthening your pups proprioception. Tricks are a useful tool, we will be teaching them in this class. Regardless if you want a career in agility or just a happily active pet, this is where it all starts.

Required Materials:

  • A flat buckle collar or harness (no choke, prong or e collars)
  • 6 foot leash
  • Your pups favorite toy
  • Lots of soft small high value treats (cut up meats, cheese, typically kibble isn’t “good enough”).
  • Treat pouch to wear on your waist.
  • Water dish and water.
  • Handler will need to wear sneakers, athletic pants and top (you will be moving and bending)
  • Water for yourself.
  • A mat for your pup to rest on in between sets.
  • No class is complete without homework, agility is no different. A notebook of some sort is useful to keep track of what we worked on in class and what to work on throughout the week.

FUNdamentals of Agility – Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30PM
